The dog I grew up with, Hanna, had to be put down yesterday. She was suffering from congestive heart failure and fading fast. She did, however, live to 15; the very top of expected life-span range for English Springier Spaniels. Which is something to be grateful for. Here are some pictures of her from my Instagram and elsewhere.
